I've read the instructions, but... do u still apply mascara or not, %26amp; do they have to be taken off b4 bed, or in the shower, how long can they b worn?I would like to glam up a bit! Anyone have a great idea (easy too) to apply false eye lases?
If this is your first time applying false eyelashes. The best thing to try first it the strip. It is just that a strip of false eyelashes. They come in a variety of lengths and colors. Just measure approx, the length of your eyes to the strip then cut the strip to your desired length. Sometimes there is already an adhesive to the back of them, but sometimes you will have to purchase the glue separate. If so just pour a little bit if the glue on the box of the false eyelashes and then gently dip and drag the strip of eyelashes through it. Until there is somewhat of a an even coat on it. Then place it as close as you can to your eyelash line on your eyelid. The strip will leave the base showing. You can just use eyeliner to blend that into your makeup. My favorite is the individual lashes. They look more natural, you can make them look as dramatic as you would like, you control the fullness as well the appearance of them. They are the most difficult to put on your first time. The one you would like to start off first is the short flair. They are small and easy to handle and you can work to see if you would like them longer or not. This you must have glue. Just put some glue down on the container of the eyelashes and make sure its not in a windy area, you have to work fast because the glue will dry out. You want to take each indivual eyelash one at a time and place that into the glue. There are several ways to place these eyelashes. Some people prefer on top of the eyelid where you would place the strip. Some people actually place them inbetween the eyelashes themselves (something I do not recommend it will rip out eyelashes when you want to remove them) I prefer to place them underneath the eyelashes. If you look in the mirror there is a little white line just below the eyelashes before it get to the water eyeball part. Thats where i put it it makes it look natural with out any messy lines where people can see. Anyways when you place the lash into the glue you want to blow on the glue untill it is tacky (which means the bubble of the glue. The outside has slightly dried and the glue is still wet on the inside of the buble) Then you place it where ever you would like. Hold it ther for a second or two. If it moves just correct it. hold it for a scond after that. Then let sit there. Bat your eyelashes to make sure it stays. Then do it over and over again untill you get the correct thickness you want on it. Start from the outside of your eyelid then move in.
