How to apply false eye lashes?

I LOVE fake eyelashes. You can either buy them as a strip or individual lashes that have 5-7 lashes per group. The individual lashes are more natural and are what most celebs use, but they are harder to apply.

If you get the strip, apply the eyelash glue to the entire base and try to get them as close to your lash line as possible. Make sure you put the right ones on the right eye...the side where the lashes are the shortest needs to be on the corner. Once they are on, let the glue dry and I usually touch up eyeliner (gently) on top.

The individual lashes are best applied by grabbing them with tweezers and dipping the end in glue. Start on the outside and work your way in. Take turns with each eye...when you apply one on the left, the next should be on the right, etc.How to apply false eye lashes?

It's best i.e. more natural, to use the small clumps of lashes rather than the whole strip of them together.

1. Clean eyelids and lashes and allow to dry completely

2. squeeze a pea sized amount of glue on a piece of scrap paper or something disposable.

3.Using tweezers, grasp a cluster of the fake lashes close to the ';root'; - this allows better control when pressing them to your lashline.

4. Dip the root into the glue and carefully place eyelash cluster on your lashline, squeezing them between your natural lashes. Start at the outer corner and work inward.

Note: The glue may look like there's too much but it will dry clear.

5. Repeat until you get the look you want.

Options:

2-3 clusters at the outer end of your lashline

3-4 clusters evenly spread across your lashline

or you can fill your whole lashline for a dramatic look.

To remove, simply pull them off. Eye makeup remover will get rid of the glue residue.

Have fun!
once you get the lashes that you like, take a q-tip apply a bit of glue, REMEMBER TO GET THE KIND SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR FAUX LAS H APPLICATION!! other's can do damage... once you have everything you need, use the q tip to apply the glue on the lashes because if yo uapply it straight from the tube onto lashes, you'll come out with clumps of clear glue on the lid. use tweezers to apply then to the very base of your lashes. prior to application yo umight want ot curl your eye lashes a little bit in order that your natural lashes blend in with the false ones. suse the teezers to apply at base, and push with little pressure onto the bse of your lid. i hope that helps.

Get Full Lashes If the fake eyelashes are too long, you can trim them so that they look more natural. But, don't trim them while they are on your eyes.Start with the left eyelashes. Take it out and take out your eyelash adhesive. Hold the eyelashes steady and squeeze a thin line of glue from edge to edge (about the thickness of an average sized needle) Blow softly from edge to edge to make the glue a little less runny to apply your lashes. Get as close to your natural lash line as possible and start by pressing the corner of your fake eyelashes onto the corner of your upper eyelid (not TOO close to your inner eye or you'll be able to see the tip of the fake eyelashes!) Then put the rest of your lashes next to your regular lash line and press from end to end. KEEP PRESSING! Hold it there for 30 seconds to a minute. This allows the glue to set so that when you lift your fingertips from it, the lashes won't come along for the ride! Look in the mirror and make sure your eyelashes look the way you want. If they aren't as noticable as you had hoped, the glue is probably still near setting all the way, so push with your finger horizontally on the lashes. This will boost the eyelashes a little. Grab your right eyelashes and do the exact same. Line it with glue, start with the inner corner of your eye (but not too close!), and then press and hold
