Eyeliners, Eyeshadows & False Eye Lashes [UK]?

I LOVE wearing liquid eyeliners, but i can never seem to find any really good one's they're all either to watery or really hard to apply. Has anyone got any good suggestions on brands that retail in the UK.

Also when i wear black liquid eyeliner i love putting a flick at the end of my eye. Sometimes fat and chunky and sometimes thinish, but the only problem is i can never seem to get them to go the same, like sometimes one points more upwards or is thicker or is at a totally different level. Please help.

With eyeshadows, i like using creams or powder but i love it when i looks like a flick has been done sort of at the top of your eye with the eyeshadow (trying to find a picture) if you know what i mean does anyone know how to do it?

%26amp; with false eyelashes I love them but haven't really used them before. I like the way they make your eyelashes look thick and seperate has anyone got any good fake eyelash brands that will last a whole day, are affordable %26amp; that you apply in strips?

Barry M has a GREAT liquid eyeliner that REALLY lasts - it has an excellent brush, the brush is fat but it's kind of stiff and better for doing that flick as it's easier to control. Barry M isn't too watery, and when it runs out, add a drop or two to the bottle to make the leftovers into more eyeliner (it lasts a long time, I swear!).

I recently got a pack of fake eyelashes (two sets - thick and thinner more natural) from Mr. Mascara.

Barry M also has some of the best eyeshadows for the looks you're trying to achieve, they're powdered and they last for YEAAAAAAAAARs. I've still got colours from Barry M I bought in 1999 and they're STILL full pots I've used alot.

Check out the Barry M Dazzle dusts, they're powdered eyeshadow with a slight shimmer, incredibly sexy and some very vivid colours :)

Also with the eyeliner style you're describing, I find it easier to start from the outside of the eye (the side nearer your ears) and working inwards til you reach halfway. This way you start the points first. You make your flicks VERY finely, then you build them up gradually. It's best to do both eyes with a fine line then build up each eye in turn until you have the look you achieve.

Keeping your eye open is ALSO really helpful as you can see the way it will go when your eye is open, whereas if your eye is closed, it's harder to tell if the eyes will be symmetrical once they're open.

Hope this helps. :)Eyeliners, Eyeshadows %26amp; False Eye Lashes [UK]?
collection 2000 do a really good chep liquid eyeliner that i use i live in the uk and you can bye it in superdrug i also would bye false eyelashes in boots in the eyelash section and for eye shadow BARRY M IS AMAZING and by far the best

hope i helped (probially didnt oh well never mind hey!)
you can get MAC from selfridges, i discovered mac having a nosy in selfridges in manchester, and there's a MAC store in liverpool
I Love MAC eyelashes eyeshadows and eyeliners go in and have chat with the consultants, they will show u how to apply eyelashes and give u lots of tips first hand good luck xxx
visit the following url
try youtube. theyhave everything on there
Gel eyeliners last longer and they are easier than liquid to apply (I'm an eyeliner freak and use Bobbi Brown everyday - you can buy it in Frasers/ John Lewis/ Debenhams etc)

Get yourself a Ruby %26amp; Millie eye liner brush - small brush cut at an angle, you can get them from Boots next to the fake nails.

As for getting even flicks make sure you rest you elbow on a hard surface when you're doing your eyes and pull the skin out to the side - not diagonally up - to draw the flicks. Keep the movements small so you can add on and even them up without holding your skin back anymore.

Falsh eyelashes, again I use these on most nights out and they're brilliant (lazy eyemakeup that looks fab)

Eyelure do a great pre-glued set for around 拢4.95 in Boots, preglued are really easy to use as you just lift them out the pack and stick them on. You also get a spare glue strip and I usually buy another set of falsh lashes (not pre-glued) such as Mister Mascara Spiky Lashes or Revlon Fantasy Lashes and press these into the spare glue strip to make them easy to apply.

You'll get around 2 wears out of the preglued lashes if you take care of them and don't let them dry out.

You can buy all these fake lashes in Boots.
For great eyeshadows and eye liners I recommend Urban Decay. Their eye liners come in so many different colours and last for ages. They're not tested on animals and are highly pigmented.

You can buy Urban Decay at Debenhams/Boots depending on which town/city you live in as it seems to chop and change. Also online at hqhair.com and asos.com

Barry M's liquid black eyeliner is also really good, the sponge brush is tapered so it helps when doing flicks. Practice makes perfect with matching flicks, I still can't do it, but its not too noticeable.
