Do you put on false eyelashes before or after applying eye makeup?

I think It should go after eyeliner, if you are using any... and before the eyeshadow, so you don't smudge it while you're applying the false eyelashes.

you put on false lashes before makeup. most quality ones are to be applied to your real lashes, not the eyelid itself. and you can put mascara over falsies.
Before, so as to have a clean slate for the rest of the eye makeup such as shadow.
yessss!!!!!!!!! if you put it on after eyeshadow the glue wont stick because of the powder. also, dont put mascara on the faux-lashes.. but im sure u already knew that lol.
you put them on before. Trust me i was watching the show ten years younger and theproffeional make up Stylist put them on before he applied make up
