There's a hint of ruthlessness sparkling in everyone's eyes - True or False?

I'd love for you to elaborate on your answers please. Thank You.There's a hint of ruthlessness sparkling in everyone's eyes - True or False?
Does ruthlessness sparkle in the eyes? I thought it would be...';there's a streak of ruthlessness in every person';. My own opinion only. Anyway, I would prefer the adjective ';glinting'; when describing ruthlessness in everyone's eyes. I often connote the word ';sparkle'; with something refreshing or something blissful like sparkling laughter, sparkling water etc.

I don't know if I would answer your question with either true or false (agree/disagree) considering my description of ruthlessness. Glinting is more sharp, more malevolent - more appropriate to describe a cruel or merciless person with razor-sharp look. lolThere's a hint of ruthlessness sparkling in everyone's eyes - True or False?
But of course.

Anyone with sparkling eyes may not always mean they are in love, or something. Why, they might have swallowed LSD or some other more modern equivalent, and being under the influence, could in fact not be seeing you as you are, another human being. They could be looking at you as how a snake looks at his prey.

Either that, or you happen to be this Sheriff's daughter in Nebraska, and you're invited to this houseful of vampires, and they might be fighting with themselves in denying the vision of you being their meal on the table.
short people specially. the shorter they are, the meaner the f*ckerz.
true only in the eyes of scorned women.
False!

Spare those innocent Kids eyes..
