yes put them on before u put on any other make up. the best thng to do is cut them that will u have more control. then put the glue on the back of ur hand and drag them into it then apply. let it dry and then put liquid eyelinr on the lashline to blend.
Make sure your eyes are clean and as free of oil as possible. If there is oil, the glue may not stick, especially if the eyelashes already have adhesive on them. If they do not, use an eyelash glue (not regular glue!) and apply carefully to the base of the lashes. Relax your eyelids and apply the eyelashes as closely as possible to your natural lashline.
